A brick paver patio is only as good as what's underneath it. We install new paver patios and repair or relay existing ones that have sunk, heaved, or come loose.
Pavers look great when they're installed over a properly prepared base. Most patio problems, such as low spots, puddles, rocking pavers, and weeds pushing through, trace back to the base and edges under the brick, not the brick itself.
WOW is full masonry experts, from minor repairs to major renovations and full installations and rebuilds. For patios, that means building a new brick paver patio, lifting and relaying sections that have settled or heaved, replacing broken pavers, and fixing edges that have let the patio spread.
Every project starts the same way: we look at the space, the existing surface, and where the water goes, then give you a clear estimate before any work begins.

Repair or replace?
Areas that dip or hold water usually mean the base underneath has settled.
Pavers pushed up by frost or roots become a trip hazard.
Pavers that move underfoot have lost the support or joint sand around them.
Open joints let weeds and water in and let pavers drift apart.
When the edge gives way, pavers at the outside of the patio start to separate and slide.
A patio that drains toward your foundation should be corrected.
How it works
No guesswork and no surprises. You know what's wrong and what it costs before any work begins. If we uncover more damage, we stop and get your approval first.
We look at the space or the existing patio, how it drains, and what's causing any problems, and photograph what we find.
You get a clear plan and estimate before any work begins: repair, relay, or a new patio.
The base is prepared and leveled, edges are secured, and pavers are laid and set.
Joints are filled, the surface is finished, and we clean up the work area.
Often, yes. Settled or heaved sections can usually be lifted, the base corrected, and the same pavers relaid. If the problem is widespread, we'll tell you.
Yes. We handle new installations as well as repairs, relays, and rebuilds.
When pavers are in good shape, relaying them is often possible. Broken or badly worn pavers can be replaced as closely matched as we can find.
It depends on size, layout, site conditions, and materials, so we don't quote a number without seeing the space. You'll get a clear estimate before any work begins.
