A thorough chimney and brick inspection takes about 45 to 90 minutes. We take our time to check the structure, mortar, and flashing so nothing gets missed.

Chimney cleaning is included. We clean the flue and look at the chimney structure, flue, brick and mortar condition, crown, cap, and flashing, and photograph every issue we find. You get a clear walkthrough of the findings.
